  • Grid Scheduler -
    Make scheduling an asset instead of a bottleneck. Define columns, colors and size. Position procedures by time or chair to optimize doctor time. View specific days and times, and easily fill upcoming openings first. Note sibling appointments as you schedule. Drag and drop to relocate appointments. And use the unique Grid Bar to keep important notes, patients who need appointments, and patients who are willing to fill cancellations at your fingertips. With daily, weekly, monthly, and detailed schedule displays, the Grid Scheduler is the gold standard of scheduling programs.
  • Electronic insurance -
    Submit insurance claims electronically and outsource the headache. The insurance clearinghouse forwards claims electronically when possible and generates paper forms when necessary. A small per claim usage fee is charged by the clearinghouse for this service.

- Complete patient image management. Capture and enhance images from your digital camera or scanner, then present them individually, side by side, or in layouts. Set images to appear in patient records, reports, letters - even in the operatory.


SmartCeph
- The optional SmartCeph module uses the latest technology to incorporate easy to use guided tracing, making your life easier. Superimpose multiple time points by plane, structure, or manually adjust on the fly. Unique to ViewPoint, use Bolton Standards for no-trace quick review. With SmartCeph, there is no additional cost for a multi-user license or digital x-ray integration.

  • Treatment chart - Say goodbye to pulling, filing and hunting for paper charts. Bring the chart, treatment plan and all patient information chairside, including images. Going electronic doesn't mean you have to compromise because the columns, response lists, colors and text attributes will be whatever works for you. You can select a different chart style for each stage of treatment. And you will love the associated tooth chart that automatically enters notes into the chart for activities like banding, bonding and applying elastics!

  • Patient sign-in and operatory display - Stay informed and on time with On-Deck. Monitor the status of your waiting and seated patients. View patient images in the operatory to help you greet even the newest patients by name. Avoid frustration in the waiting room by seating patients based on appointment timeliness. Effectively prioritize and utilize doctor time. You can even periodically fine tune your schedule by measuring actual procedure lengths.

  • HR Manager - Store and maintain employee information in a centralized, electronic area. Besides biographical, family, and emergency contact information, the program tracks compensation records and benefits availability.
