Internal Marketing is what we do everyday in the office to generate New Patients. The Practice must be organized and look like it can handle an increase In-Patients. Nationwide Doctors have hired me to evaluate the practice and prioritize the job descriptions with service as the key. Benefits and the result of the work I do include the following:

Services:

Four-Month Program - One month to gather statistics and develop my relationship with the staff. Two days in the office. The first day is to observe the practice. Each practice is unique and has its own personality, my job is to preserve this and still make improvements. The evening is spent with the Doctor to discuss the plans and all the short and long term changes are approved. The second day is a workshop with the staff involved. The day is about putting the changes into effect immediately. This day is audio and video taped for future reference and training. The office will receive a full report from my office. The fee for the four-month program is $5200.00 plus expenses.

In-House Staff Programs - One Day in the office for training. Fee $2600.00 plus expenses.
