Starting in 2008 we'll be offering monthly on-line learning sessions — what we call webinars. Each month throughout the year we will present a different topic. It's the perfect solution for training new users and refreshing experienced users without the cost of having someone come out to your office personally.

Pre-registration is required, and on the day of the webinar you'll be able to log onto a Web site to attend. All you need is a computer with a high speed Internet connection, a phone, and the will to learn. Webinars begin at 10:00 A.M. CST unless noted otherwise and last approximately 90 minutes. May 9: Merge Letters: From Start, to in-between, to Finish: 11a - 12:30 central  (Register here)
The basics of creating new merge letters and editing existing letters. Adding conditional statements for a smart letter. Adding images and inserting pictures from other sources. How to email your merge letters to doctors, patients, and responsible parties.

June 6: Treatment Chart Design & Application: 11a - 12:30p central   (Register here)
We'll go step by step on how to create multiple Treatment Chart Styles and Treatment Plans with the editor. With the design and setup finished we'll move onto daily use: making chart entries, creating comprehensive plans, and effectively use the built in interactive tooth chart. We'll also discuss reports available that are linked to the treatment chart.
