Our clients and their staff have an open invitation to attend the Ortho2 Free Seminar Series. Our seminars are held throughout the year at our corporate offices in Ames, Iowa.

Classes begin promptly at 9:00 am and end at 4:00 pm (unless otherwise specified). Select from many restaurants in the area for your hour-long lunch break.

Register for just one or two classes or the entire series. All classes are limited in size to assure individual attention. Generally, two or three students share a computer to allow hands-on as well as note taking time throughout the day.

ViewPoint™ Operations - 2010
WEDNESDAYS, THURSDAYS & FRIDAYS:

Wednesdays: Scheduling
This session will focus on design options, features and tools, and daily use of the ViewPoint Grid Scheduler.

Thursdays: Daily Operations
On Thursdays we will detail the finer points of ViewPoint operation, including tables, the patient record, entering patients, contracts and posting, and insurance.

Fridays: Advanced ViewPoint
An absolute must for optimal use of your ViewPoint system: Reports, sub-grouping, month-end routines, Tools & Utilities, as well as how to create and merge documents with your ViewPoint data to produce customized correspondence using the ViewPoint/Microsoft Word integration.
