Support Team Meetings

Please note that our software and equipment support teams each meet once weekly.

Software Support meets at 10:00 a.m. on Thursdays and the Equipment Team meets at 10:10 a.m. on Fridays.

Support team meetings last approximately an hour. If support issues arise during those times, please leave us a message and your call will be returned as soon as possible following the meeting. 


Holidays

The Ortho2 corporate office is closed on the following holidays:

  • New Year's Day (January 1)
  • Memorial Day (last Monday in May)
  • Independence Day (July 4)
  • Labor Day (first Monday in September)
  • Thanksgiving Day (fourth Thursday in November)
  • Christmas Day (December 25)

If a holiday falls on a Saturday, we observe the holiday the prior Friday. If a holiday falls on a Sunday, we observe the holiday on the following Monday. 

The Friday after Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve and New Year's Eve are optional holidays: We offer limited support on those days.
