Support Team Meetings
Please note that our software and equipment support teams each meet once weekly.
Software Support meets at
2:45 on Fridays and the Equipment Team meets at 10:10 on
Fridays.
Support team meetings last approximately an hour. If support issues arise during those times, please leave us a message and your call will be returned as soon as possible following the meeting.
Holidays
The Ortho II corporate office is closed on the following holidays:
- New Year's Day (January 1)
- Memorial Day (last Monday in May)
- Independence Day (July 4)
- Labor Day (first Monday in September)
- Thanksgiving Day (fourth Thursday in November)
- Christmas Day (December 25)
If a holiday falls on a Saturday, we observe the holiday the prior Friday. If a holiday falls on a Sunday, we observe the holiday on the following Monday.
The Friday after Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve and New Year’s Eve are optional holidays: We offer limited support on those days.
